To upload and schedule/send an email in Klaviyo, go to the Campaigns tab
The easiest way to create a new campaign is to clone any previous one
Give the campaign a clear name. Select 30 engaged as the list to send, unless you have been instructed otherwise.
Add Subject and Preheader. Click the Edit button.
To add a subscriber name to an email, place the cursor where the subscriber name should be. Click the “Add personalization” button
To add a hyperlink, highlight the text and click the Link icon
Add the URL in the field that appears in the pop-up window.
To add a link to an image, click on the image and add the link in the appropriate field
Click Preview and test button
And send a test email to yourself.
Click Done
Click Exit
If you want to run A/B, click the + Create A/B test button. The email you just created will be cloned. You can edit the new email
Select the metric by which you want to determine the winner. Percentage of recipients that will randomly receive one of the variations – set 40%, Test duration – 2-3 hours
Click Continue to review
Click Schedule or send
You can choose between Send Now or Schedule.
If you choose to schedule, specify the date and time when the emails should be sent. Select the US/Estern time zone.
Click Schedule.
